An Attitude of Gratitude

Published on November 25, 2010 by Anne Raymond
It's American Thanksgiving today and I have an attitude of gratitude!  Even though I live in Toronto, I lived in Chicago (the Windy City!) for 7 years.  Both my kids were born in Chicago, so we celebrate Canadian Thanksgiving in October and American Thanksgiving in November!

What's not to love about everything Thanksgiving and the REAL reason to celebrate... to be thankful!    If you have an attitude of gratitude, it can completely change your perspective in the world.  It keeps you focused on the present, appreciating and celebrating "what is" instead of wasting brain-space on "what could have been" or worrying about "what could be".

Try writing 5 things down that you are grateful for each day and see how your perspective changes!
